- Website Maintenance
Work is considered commenced once the initial consultation or setup phase begins.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered for the following one-time services under specific conditions:
- WordPress Development: Eligible within 7 days of purchase if no development work has started.
- E-Commerce Development: Eligible within 7 days of purchase if no setup has been initiated.
- Digital Branding: Eligible within 7 days of purchase if no design work has begun.

4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
